Who needs Across-Mail Service?

If the emails that I send out via Across-Mail Service will go through the ISP's SMTP server?
No. Across-Mail Service help you send email via other port except port 25 to send email out, but the port of your ISP's SMTP server is port 25. All emails that your send out via Across-Mail Service will be sent to your recipients' mailbox directly.
If my ISP can detect that I send emails via Across-Mail Service?
No. ISP detect outgoing email through check the data transfer in port 25, but your emails will not go through port 25 when you send them via Across-Mail Service. And all emails that you send out via Across-Mail Service will be encrypted, they will be looked as normal data transfered in internet.
What's limitation if I send email via Across-Mail Service?

If the emails that I send via Across-Mail Service will go through your company?
No. Don't worry about it, your emails will only go through our Across-Mail Service server, not our company. It means that we can not see the content of your email. All emails will be removed as soon as being sent out in Across-Mail Service server.
I found there were other bypass port 25 block service provide by other companies, What's difference between their services and Across-Mail Service?
Yes, there are some other companies also provide the bypass port 25 service in internet, but most of them offer this service as optional in their website products. If you purchase their website product, they will let you send email bypass port 25 bock and via their SMTP server. But this is unstable, for example, if someone of their customers send spams via this service, many email service provider will block their IP or IP sections to anti-spam, it means you can not send email out too, because your IP is also in the same IP section. If I must run Mail Express Series in my system to use Across-Mail Service?
No, it is not necessary to run Mail Express Series. Across-Mail Service can work with all mail client softwares that support SMTP standard in any Operating System, such as Outlook Express, Netscape, The Bat, Eudora, Foxmail, etc., or other mail client in Pocket PC, MAC, Linux, etc., even your mobil phone that support SMTP protocol to send email.

I found that the Across-Mail Service account I signed up was "Free Solution" account, how do I change it to "Starter Solution" or other valuable solution?
Yes, the default solution for new account is "Free Solution", if you want to change it to other valuable solution:

Login to the Control Panel of Across-Mail Service.

Click Solution tab.

Click Order Now.

Choose the solution you want to purchase and check on the "SSL Support to get more secure in mailing" if you want SSL security support, then click Submit button.

Yes, I already have had an Across-Mail Service account, how to use it to send emails?

If I don't want the notify email when email sent fail, how to do?
You may change the setting of the notify email in the Control Panel of Across-Mail Service:

Login to the Control Panel of Across-Mail Service.

In the Important Information page, scroll to the Update Information section.

Check OFF the checkbox "Send notify email when email sent fail.".

Click Update button to save it. Now you will not get the notify email when email send fail.
How to get the email send log, and error message when email sent fail?

Login to the Control Panel of Across-Mail Service.

Choose the folder that you want to go, Queued, Sent or Failed.

Click the subject of the email which you want to view.

In the E-Mail Detail page, you will see the information of this email, include Email Header and Last Send Logs. If this email is in the Failed folder (sent fail), you can also see the Error Message in this page.
