We provide two types of solutions in Across-Mail Service:

This solution is free, you can send email through Across-Mail Service without any fee.

Emails from FREE Solution users will be sent with low Delivery Priority.

As soon as you sign up a new Across-Mail Service account at "Across-Mail Service Account Sign Up" page, you choose the Free Solution automatically.

There are different ranges in Valuable Solutions, they are Starter Solution, Basic Solution, Enhanced Solution, Premium Solution, Advanced Solution, Ultimate Solution, Custom Solution and Count Solution , in order to meet requirements of different customers. You must pay a reasonable mensal fee for the Valuable Solution you selected.

Emails from Valuable Solution users will be sent with high Delivery Priority.

1 Delivery Priority: Delivery Priority is based on the Solution of the customer's account. The emails from Valuable Solution users will be sent with higher priority than the FREE Solution users.

2 R/D (Relays/Day): One relay is equivalent to one email recipient. This means that if you are sending out a message with three people in the "To" field and two more people in the "Cc" field, for example, it will count as five relays.

3 Order: If your account expired and you have not paid for continuity, your solution will be stopped until your renewal. Of course, before you expire, we will send a email to remind you to pay for continuity.

4 Order: The relay count limitation is based on the relay count you have purchased in your order. The relay count will be deducted after you send email out. You can send email till your relay count is not enough, of course, you may purchase more relay count and add into your account anytime.

5 AMSBOX: AMSBOX is a FREE email service for our Valuable Solution customers. A member of Valuable Solution customer can get a FREE mailbox of AMSBOX with the size and the period of validity based on his solution of AMS.

After signed up an Across-Mail Service account, you get FREE Solution in your account automatically, but how to update it to Valuable Solution? Please do below steps:

1. Login to the Control Panel of Across-Mail Service with your account name and password.

2. Click the Solution tab.

3. Click Order Now.

4. Choose the solution you want to purchase (if you select Count Solution, you must fill in the Relay Count that you want to purchase, for example, if you want to purchase 2000 relays, you may fill in 2) and check on the SSL Support to get more secure in mailing if you want SSL security support, then click Submit button.

5. Check your order and click Pay now button to prcess payment in Paypal. After your payment processed, your account will be upgraded.
