Mail Express Lite is an easy to use email server program for your personal using that allow you to solve the most common problems that you're having with your ISP's e-mail system. It is the simplified version of Mail Express Professional. If your ISP's email server is slow, or unavailable from time to time, or if they have limitations that keep you from e-mailing large quantities of newsletters to your clients, then Mail Express Lite will let you take control of your e-mailing and bypass your ISP's problems.

If you use the same computer at more than one location, with more than one Internet connection you certainly know the problem: every connection needs its own outgoing mail server, because every ISP only accepts mail from their own users. This means changing the SMTP server settings in your email client every time you switch connections.

The much easier and efficient alternative? Run your own outgoing mail server. With Mail Express Lite, this is not nearly as difficult as it sounds. Install the utility, change your outgoing mail server to "127.0.0.1" (once!) and use email like you did before. Mail Express Lite accepts the mails you send, and if you are connected delivers them directly to the recipient bypassing any other mail server.

SSL/TLS Support - Mail Express Lite supports SSL security connection to protect your email. If you added other email service, such as your ISP's or company's SMTP servers (e.g. the SMTP server of Google Mail/GMail, to get more information about how to set Gmail SMTP server in Mail Express Lite, click here), or the SMTP server of our Across-Mail Service, etc., into the Delivery Engine List of Mail Express Lite, and the SMTP servers support SSL security, when you send email to these servers in Mail Express Lite, you can turn on the SSL setting, then your email and all transferring data, include your username and password, will be encrypted.

CRAM-MD5 Support - Mail Express Lite supports different authentication protocols, such as AUTH LOGIN, AUTH PLAIN and AUTH CRAM-MD5. The CRAM-MD5 authentication will encrypt your password information with MD5 encrpytion arithmetic, it will protect your account information effectively.

Mail Express Lite supports add signature in your email. You can add both plain text and HTML signature. In HTML signature, you can add image or Macromedia FLASH Animation. We also provide a tool "Signature Creator for Mail Express Series" for you to make signature, it is a freeware. You can use Signature Maker to make your image signature or business ecard.

There is an useful stat bar in Mail Express Lite, you can place it anywhere of your desktop and hide the main window, the stat bar will tell you the status of Mail Express Lite.
