Add signature in your e-mail

For many customers, they need to add signature, such as personal words, or photos, or company logo, or advertisement, or Macromedia FLASH animation, etc., at the bottom of their email. It is difficult in many mail client software for every email. Now our Mail Express Pro and Mail Express Enterprise can support this feature. User can define his signature in the Options setting, then every email that be sent by Mail Express will add this signature into email automatically.

We provide a tool "Signature Creator for Mail Express Series" for you to make signature codes, it is a FREEWARE.

For example, in Mail Express Pro, you can see this page in the Options window:

There is also a same page in the Options window of Mail Express Enterprise Control Monitor (Mail Express Enterprise supports multi-signature).

Mail Express support both plain text format signature and HTML format signature. The first one is used in the plain text email, and the second one is for the HTML email.

In the plain text signature, you can add multi-line plain text in it, and add ENTERs at the top place to adjust the distance to the mail content. The emal that recipients received will like this:

are signature that we set up in our Mail Express.

In the HTML signature, you can add any strings or pictures in it. This part support HTML tags, you can write down HTML strings into it directly, or create in other HTML editor, like Macromedia Dreamweaver, then copy and paste in it. But if you add a picture in it , YOU MUST GIVE THE FULL PATH OF THE PICTURE FILE, such as:

DO NOT LIKE THIS:

Otherwise recipients can not see your pictures in your email. If you set up HTML signature, your recipients will see your HTML email like this:

The picture and strings at the bottom of this example are signature that we set in Mail Express Enterprise Control Monitor.

This is really a very useful feature for both personal users and company users, and it is also a simply way to add a same signature into every email.
